Become A Part of Our Community

 

We believe small groups (CONNECT GROUPS) are an excellent communal context to share together with other. These groups are environments with relationships that challenge you to GROW in your journey with Christ, RELATE with others through friendship and fellowship, SERVE your community and the church as the hands and feet of Christ, and HEAL with others through relational support. CONNECT GROUPS are categorized by Anchors. Anchors host groups according to life-stage, shared interest, gender or a combination of the three.

Discipleship Anchor

These groups gather throughout the week to prayer together, encourage one another, and study and discuss the Bible and topics related to faith and following Christ in today’s cultures.

Men Anchor

These groups are dedicated to strengthening the men at i5. These groups can choose to be study, social or interest-based.

Women Anchor

These groups are dedicated to strengthening the women of i5. The groups can choose to be study, social or interest-based.

Young Adult Anchor

Young ladies and gentlemen typically age 18-35, gather to connect, challenge themselves and serve the community. These gatherings are characterized by relevant discussions, fun and laughter, and practical community impact.

Golden Group Anchor

Men and women, 50 years and above, gather once a week to connect and care for one another. These gatherings are characterized by Bible studies, social activities and outings, and practical community impact.

Outreach Anchor

These groups gather to serve the needs of those in our communities through the 5 (food, water, shelter, clothing, care).

Students Anchor

These groups are dedicated to strengthening, encouraging and providing a safe place for middle and high school aged kids.

Marriage & Family Anchor

These groups focus on strengthening the marriages and families at i5. These groups create relational environments through study, social events or support for life-related events. These groups are intentional in meeting the needs of families handling:

  • Pre-Marital
  • Marriage Issues
  • Military
  • Divorce Care
