Jimmy Rollins is the Lead Pastor of i5 City, a church located outside of Baltimore, MD. A revelatory preacher, visionary leader, and generous pastor, Jimmy’s entire ministry is fueled by the command of Jesus to serve the least of these. He and his wife of 20 plus years, Irene, founded i5 City on that very mission, and together they built what is now known as the outreach powered by the local church.

Pastor Jimmy has the heart of a local pastor with an anointing for global impact. Through his leadership network, Red Leaders, he serves as an overseer for churches throughout the country. As a Strategic Partner of ARC, the Association of Related Churches, he has been able to speak into pastors, church planters, and leaders worldwide.

Pastor Jimmy is a champion for the marginalized in our society. His passion for racial reconciliation has allowed him to teach and mediate conversations that bring forth awareness, healing, and promote unity. On Sunday, June 7, 2020, Pastor Jimmy led over 2,000 community members in a Walk for Justice, a peaceful demonstration promoting justice for racial equality. This event held at the City Dock of Annapolis, MD, brought together people of all colors, police, and government officials united in one cause to speak out against racism in America.

Irene Rollins is the Co-Lead Pastor of i5 CITY, a church located outside of Baltimore, MD. A dynamic leader, wife, and mother, Irene, is passionate about inspiring and mobilizing people to serve the world by meeting physical and spiritual needs. She and her husband of 20 plus years, Jimmy, founded i5 City on that very mission, and together they built what is now known as the outreach powered by the local church.

Pastor Irene’s heartbeat is for the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health of all people. She embodies what it means to fight for the life that God has for you in these areas. As a survivor of PTSD and 5 years sober at the time of this writing, she uses her life experiences to help others overcome their self-defeating habits and addictions. She teaches accountability and often reminds those in the addiction community, “If you aren’t working on recovery, you are working on a relapse.”

As a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, she loves to study human behavior and the science of brain functions. This knowledge weaves through her ministry and enables her to understand a wide variety of people, guiding them to be the best version of themselves.

Pastors Jimmy and Irene are currently living their best lives in marriage. In the past 20 years, they have overcome addictions and walked through extremely painful moments together. What God has done in those seasons has allowed them to help other couples in ministry navigate through difficult seasons and come to a place of health in their marriages. Together they have three wonderful “almost grown” kids, Kayla, Jaden, and Maya, and three bulldogs, Diesel, Bentley, and Gucci, who are the house’s true babies.
